In a few short days we will celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus. It was a glorious day two thousand years ago, and it still is to the saints of God. But, if you asked Christians from around the world what events lead up to the cross and resurrection, most would have limited events in their minds, me included. A few years ago, I came across what I plan to share with you today and it helped me so much in wrapping my mind around the final week of Jesus in and around Jerusalem. This list originated from Olive Tree App.

(41) Women Watch: Jerusalem Mk. 15

That’s a lot of moving parts for the final week of Jesus’ ministry and work. The list closes with women watching, but in three days it will be Sunday and many of these same women will be heading to the grave to care for the body of their beloved Rabbi. They won’t find him in the grave but resurrected just as he said. Plan on celebrating Easter with your whole heart, mind, and soul.
